Located on the eastern coast of Paros, near Punda Beach and overlooking the Aegean Sea, Summer Senses Luxury Resort is designed to resemble a traditional Cycladic village and offers a contemporary interpretation of Cycladic hospitality, with its design, gastronomy and wellness offering closely connected to the character of the island.

Opened in 2019, the resort is arranged across a gentle hillside, with whitewashed façades, natural stone, courtyards and landscaped paths inspired by traditional Cycladic architecture. Its identity is rooted in its setting and in the relationship between the property and the surrounding Parian landscape.

Summer Senses features 100 rooms and suites across twelve categories, including Sea View, Garden View and Private Pool options. Every room and suite has a private balcony or terrace, while the resort also includes three outdoor swimming pools overlooking the surrounding landscape, two freeform pools and a lounge pool inspired by the nearby Tigani islet.

Gastronomy is one of the property’s defining elements. Galazia Hytra was created in collaboration with Hytra, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Athens, bringing a contemporary interpretation of Aegean cuisine to Paros. Its menus combine Greek culinary traditions with modern techniques, using ingredients from the resort’s gardens and selected local producers. Gaia offers a more informal approach, centred on seasonal produce and fresh fish. Drinks are served at two bars, Hydor pool bar and Irida lounge bar.

Wellness is focused around Anassa Spa by Idolo, where treatments include signature massages, aromatherapy therapiestreatments and Mediterranean-inspired facial rituals, complemented by sauna and thermal areas. Treatments use Germaine de Capuccini products. The resort also offers a fully equipped fitness centre.

Guests can also take part in Greek cooking classes, farm-to-table experiences, seasonal gastronomic events, boat and traditional caique excursions, and stargazing experiences.
