In Hamburg, two icons of excellence, Bentley Motors and Steinway & Sons, have joined forces in a collaboration that transcends aesthetics to become a statement of art and precision. The result: an exclusive Bentley Flying Spur Speed in Arctic White with a Piano Black interior, conceived in harmony with Steinway’s limited-edition Ultra Black and Ultra White pianos.
The chromatic duality of immaculate white and deep black defines the entire project. Every surface and every detail embodies the philosophy of “less is more,” in an exercise of restrained sophistication and silent power.
“White and black are not opposites, but reflections of the same idea of perfection,” said one of the designers involved in the collaboration.
Crewe’s engineering excellence with Hamburg’s artisanal tradition, mirroring the collaboration between two houses that share a relentless pursuit of perfection. The project also pays tribute to the legacy of Henry E. Steinway, founder of the brand in New York.
Beyond aesthetics, the alliance between Bentley and Steinway is rooted in the exchange of craftsmanship: fine carpentry, veneering techniques, and high-gloss finishes intertwine in a symphony of artistry that reflects their shared quest for excellence.
The collaboration materializes through an exclusive European tour, where a Flying Spur Speed will accompany one example of each Ultra Black and Ultra White piano, 18 Model B and eight Model D, in a series of private concerts for the brands’ clientele.
In this partnership, Bentley and Steinway & Sons transcend the notion of material luxury to enter the realm of emotion. Because when mobility and music converge, the result is not merely design or sound: it is a sensory experience where elegance finds its own rhythm.
